Our culinary lavender buds are available either as a blend of two great cooking lavenders or by specific variety. They provide a robust flavor for your dishes and teas. Use it to make infusions for lavender lemonade or custard dishes like creme brulee, or make your own lavender pepper or salt by adding it to your grinders. Using lavender buds adds a unique flavor that changes depending on the other ingredients in the dish.

We also offer ground lavender & lavender extract ready for your culinary needs.

Our Culinary Lavender Varieties

• Folgate - Adds a citrus floral overtone. Good in pastries, cookies, savory dishes
• Melissa - Adds a peppery undertone. Good in savory dishes. This variety is prized by gourmet cooks.
• Provence - Adds a very mild spicy flavor. Good in pastries, cookies, & savory dishes.
• Purple Bouquet - Adds a sweet floral, gentle citrus flavor. Good in pastries, cookies, savory dishes.
• Blend - A curated blend of our lavenders lends a unique flavor profile to your cooking. Good in pastries, cookies, savory dishes, herbed cream cheese spreads, ice cream, roasting.

Our lavender is grown without pesticides or herbicides with earth-friendly practices. We process by hand which means our plants receive personal loving attention at every point in its growth and preparation.
