Culinary Lavender - ground: finely ground lavender buds are perfect for adding to baked goods as they will disperse evenly through your recipe, providing subtle flavoring in every bite.

Culinary Lavender - whole bud: our blend of two lavenders which are perfect for infusing simple syrups, custards, and all kinds of sauces.  You can use to brew strong teas to add to other dishes and drinks.  They can also be ground for adding to other recipes.
