Lavender Wind Culinary Lavender Trio

This set makes a great gift or is the perfect way to test out some of our culinary lavender products.

Lavender Extract: (1.7oz/50mL) handmade in our shop. Great for adding Lavender invisibly to a recipe or a drink. Alcohol-based extract adds subtle flavor without any texture.

Culinary Lavender - Ground: (0.7oz/20g) finely ground lavender buds are perfect for adding to baked goods as they will disperse evenly through your recipe, providing subtle flavoring in every bite.

Culinary Lavender - Whole Bud: (1oz/28g) of our blend of two lavenders which are perfect for infusing simple syrups, custards, and all kinds of sauces. You can use to brew strong teas to add to other dishes and drinks.  They can also be ground for adding to other recipes.
