Shipping Policy
We take pride in packing and shipping orders promptly and with care.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Most orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on Sundays, are processed the following business day.
We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Saturday from our Coupeville Washington storefront. Carrier pickup and acceptance do not occur on Sundays.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that shipping time estimates begin after carrier acceptance, not when the shipping label is created.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been scanned and accepted by the carrier. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take time to reflect movement.
Important Notes
- Packing an order and carrier acceptance may occur on different days, depending on pickup schedules.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the shipment is in transit.
Return Policy
Your happiness is important to us. If you are unsatisfied or need to return something, please let us know! We will get it squared away for you. Generally we can't take returns for consumable items, so if you have a problem contact us directly:

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that (see the last section below for exceptions to our return policy):
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging is included where applicable.
- The return request is approved in advance

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bath & body products (including lotions, soaps, oils, scrubs, and cosmetics.
- Food and culinary products.
- Perishable or consumable items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us — we will make it right!
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. For high value returns, shipping insurance is also recommended (optional).
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If store credit is preferred for refunds, we can issue a gift card redeemable in-store and online.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist promptly.
Special Circumstances; Returns Outside Standard Eligibility
We understand that unique situations can arise and are always considerate. Requests for returns that fall outside our standard return eligibility may be considered on an individual, case-by-case basis.
Approval of these requests is not guaranteed and is evaluated based on the specific circumstances of the order. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation so we can review your request.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered for unused, non-consumable items with multiple design or style variations, such as selecting the wrong option at checkout. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and approved in advance.
Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or made in our Coupeville store in person.
For all exchange requests, please contact us with your order number/receipt and details so we can review eligibility.
Cancellations
If you can't make it to a class that you signed up for, you can cancel for either a refund or a transfer to another class (if there is space) up to 24 hours before the class. Within 24 hours we cannot refund or change the reservation in the class.
