Gourmet and honey aficionados love this honey! We take pure Northwest Washington honey and infuse it with our lavender until the flavor is just right. Then we strain it, and some of those little bits of lavender are still there for your enjoyment.

This product was made in our own kitchen.

Northwest Honey will crystallize so, if you want to bring it back to liquidity, just put it in a pot of water at NO MORE than 130º until it’s liquid again.
