Our honey is sourced from Avalon Apiaries, a small family-run apiary on Whidbey Island dedicated to sustainable beekeeping and producing pure, raw honey. Avalon keeps their bees in carefully chosen local environments where they can thrive naturally, without chemical treatments. Their honey is never pasteurized or filtered, preserving its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor nuances unique to each season. Every jar is honest, unprocessed, full of character, and of course... delicious.

Lavender Simple Syrup

Our Lavender Simple Syrup is made from scratch in-house using lavender grown right here on Whidbey Island. Each batch is crafted by hand to capture the delicate floral notes of freshly harvested lavender, creating a versatile syrup that adds a touch of elegance to drinks, desserts, and more.
