We grow our Lavendula x. intermedia "Grosso" lavender, harvest it by hand, distill it onsite at our farm, and then age it to make this the smooth lovely oil people have been loving for years.

Lavender is one of the most versatile of all essential oils.  There are many varieties of lavender plants and oil can be made from any of them.  There are subtle differences in oils from each variety.  You can have fun exploring and learning about them. 

In general, lavender essential oil aids sleep and relaxation, and it smells wonderful. Lavender oil is one of the few essential oils you can put directly on your skin, but do not take internally.
