Our Yummy Skin soap line keeps expanding!

This soap is an excellent one for your skin. We make it the old fashioned way - from scratch. We mix the oils with filtered water and lye, add scents and colors that we swirl together and then pour it into a mold. After it gets hard enough to handle we cut it into bars and let it cure for a month before we wrap it for you.

All these scents are great for both women and men!

Scents:

  • Lavender Black Amber  a deep, rich, earthy scent.
  • Forest Mist  remarkably crisp blend of pine cone, lavender, and lime.
  • Lavender Rain  as fresh as Pacific Northwest falling rain.
  • Holiday Balsam  evokes memories of spicy woodsy wintry times. We only make this special fragrance during the holiday season - available about mid-October.

This soap is made from oils that are specifically chosen for their skin benefits:

Avocado Oil has been used for hundreds of years to moisturize skin and protect it.

Jojoba Oil has also been used for hundreds of years by indigenous populations, but only in the last 100 years or so by people who used to use whale oil. It is full of vitamins and minerals that support healthy skin, it's similar to the natural sebum of skin, and it is anti-fungal and long lasting.

Shea Butter is naturally rich in vitamins A, E, and F, and moisturizes and smooths the skin.

Coconut Oil is naturally antibacterial and anti-fungal and it is an excellent moisturizer.

Olive Oil is just plain wonderful for everything!

Ingredients: Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Fragrance, and Essential Oils.

Because they are handmade and need to cure over a month, the supplies sometimes run out before the next batch is ready. Add it to your wish list if we are out of a scent you particularly like.
